Matcha cup cake

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/3 cup + 1 tablespoongluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons matcha powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons white chocolate chips
